CLASS 2 DRIVER WORKING 4 – 5 DAYS OUT OF 7: 03.00 START TIMES PAY RATE: £14.42 – £20.60 PER HOUR What’s in it for me? Must be flexible on working days (working any 4-5 days out of 7) What are the benefits? Excellent Hourly Rates Ongoing Work Weekly Pay On-site Canteen/Vending Machine Training Provided Immediate Starts Employee Well-being Programme Rates of Pay Monday – Saturday £14.42 PER HOUR Sunday £20.60 PER HOUR Day to Day Duties Your duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not be limited to: Cage delivery of bread products Operate and drive various class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhere to traffic laws and regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed Must be flexible on working days (working any 4-5 days out of 7) Essential Skills As a Class 2 Driver you will need to: Hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence Have a minimum of six months experience driving Class 2 vehicles No more than six penalty points and no major endorsement codes Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card Must be able to speak and read a good level of English Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Desirable Experience Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial Previous experience of multi drop deliveries will be beneficial What training is provided?
