HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver – Ossett, West Yorkshire£16.00 - £18.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | Regular Day Shifts | Ongoing Work People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our well-established client based in Ossett, West Yorkshire .

This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, LGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, Category C HIAB Driver, HIAB Driver, Lorry Loader Driver, or Class 2 Crane Driver .

- Ongoing support throughout your assignment Day-to-Day Duties As an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):• Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently on Monday to Friday shifts
- Completing deliveries to stores and customer sites across the UK
- Ensuring all loads are safe and secure throughout transit
- Delivering cables using HIAB equipment
- Operating HIAB equipment safely and efficiently
- Completing all required paperwork accurately
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects in line with company procedures
- Providing excellent customer service at all delivery locations Essential Skills To be successful as an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will need:• Minimum of 12 months' experience driving Category C vehicles
- Valid UK Category C Driving Licence
- Valid UK Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- HIAB ALLMI Licence
- No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99 endorsements)
- No major endorsement codes
- Good communication skills and a professional manner
- A reliable and flexible approach to work Desirable Experience• Multi-drop delivery experience
- Previous HIAB delivery experience
- Experience delivering building products, cables, or similar materials Training Provided• First-day driving assessment
- Training provided as and when required
