People Solutions are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised individual to join a team based in Gloucester in a varied and rewarding administrative role. Shifts: Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.00pm

What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers—handling enquiries, service requests, and complaints via phone, email, post, and in person, always delivering excellent service.
- Working closely with front-line teams to investigate and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Managing essential stock, including PPE and waste containers, and maintaining accurate records.
- Welcoming visitors as our “front of house” representative—creating a friendly, professional first impression for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Running reports, processing charging runs, and helping ensure accurate billing for both internal and external services.
