People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Machine Operative to join our well-established manufacturing client based in Alfreton. Successful applicants will be working at our client's site in Alfreton (DE55). You must therefore be able to get to Alfreton to work. This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable and growing business. This position is ideal for applicants who have worked in a previous position as a Machine Operative, Machine Setter or Manufacturing Operative.
Shifts:
- Working 4 on 4 off rotating shifts
- Start times: 06:00 18:00 and 18:00 06:00
- Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts
- Rota provided in advance
- Three 30-minute paid breaks
Rates of Pay:
- Pre-12 Weeks £12.80 per hour (standard hours)
- £19.20 per hour (out-of-hours once all shifts are completed)
- £25.60 per hour (Saturday 18:00 Sunday 18:00)
- Post-12 Weeks £15.21 per hour (standard hours)
- £19.41 per hour (out-of-hours once all shifts are completed)
- £25.88 per hour (Saturday 18:00 Sunday 18:00)
