People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington, Cheshire. This role would suit candidates who have experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, or Courier Driver. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, consistent full-time work, and genuine long-term progression.

Shifts

  • Monday to Friday
  • Start times between 05:00 and 08:00

Rates of Pay

£13.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Loading your vehicle each morning before starting deliveries
  • Completing 5–8 store deliveries and collections per day
  • Delivering clothing, beauty, or similar products safely and efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point
  • Communicating effectively with customers and the transport office
  • Ensuring all goods are handled safely and correctly throughout the shift

Essential Skills

  • Full UK Category B (Car/Van) driving licence
  • Minimum of 12 months' van delivery experience
  • No more than 3 penalty points (minor offences only)
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Desirable Experience

  • Previous multi-drop van driving experience in a retail or logistics environment

Training Provided

  • Driver assessment including theory and on-road evaluation
  • One week of on-the-job training alongside an experienced driver
