HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER – DAVENTRY, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE - GOOD PAYRATES - ONGOING WORK – TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Daventry, Northamptonshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing regular work and genuine long-term career opportunities, including temp-to-perm positions. This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Delivery Driver or Pallet Network Driver. Shifts • 15.55 per hour As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will receive: • Excellent hourly rates • Ongoing regular work • Weekly pay • Training provided • Genuine temp-to-perm opportunities • Employee wellbeing programme As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include but not be limited to: • Completing multi-drop deliveries • Unloading deliveries by hand or using a pump truck • Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently • Carrying out pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections • Adhering to road traffic laws, company procedures and delivery schedules • Communicating effectively with transport teams and customers • To be successful as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need: • A valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence • A minimum of two years' Class 2 driving experience • A valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • Good spoken and written English • Previous commercial driving experience • Multi-drop delivery experience Training Provided • Industry-related training provided • If you are interested in this opportunity as a HGV Class 2 Driver , please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
