People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver in Crick, Northamptonshire to join our well-established client. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, weekly pay, stable Monday to Friday shifts and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment.
This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Driver, Counterbalance Driver, Forklift Truck Operator, Warehouse Operative or Counterbalance Truck Driver.
Shifts- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 – Finish (Generally around 16:00)
- Overtime available on Saturdays when required
- £13.75 per hour

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Moving, storing and organising stock throughout the warehouse
- Preparing, sorting and labelling orders ready for dispatch
- Breaking down, rebuilding and rewrapping pallets as required
- Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations
- Ensuring stock is stored safely and accurately
- Completing general warehouse duties as required
- Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence with previous operating experience
- A basic level of spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid Reach Truck Licence would be advantageous but is not essential. Previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Training ProvidedIndustry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment.
