People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering good rates of pay, ongoing work, and the chance to progress.
This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, or Courier Driver.
Shifts:
- Working three to five days between Monday and Saturday
- Start times between 5:00am and 6:00am
Rates of Pay:
£13.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Multi-drop delivery of white goods (heavy lifting required)
- Working as part of a two-person team
- Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensuring all cargo is loaded and secured correctly
- Adhering to UK traffic laws and regulations
Essential Skills:
- Valid Category B Driving Licence
- Minimum twelve months' experience driving Category B vehicles
- No more than six penalty points for minor offences
- Good knowledge of the UK road network
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent punctuality and timekeeping
- Comfortable conducting heavy lifting
Desirable Experience:
- Experience driving commercial vehicles
- Previous home delivery experience
Training Provided:
Industry-related training provided. Ongoing support throughout employment.
