People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to join our well-established client based in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, consistent work, and long-term development for both experienced and newly qualified drivers. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver or Truck Driver.

- Day shifts – Monday to Friday
- Circa 05:00 start times

Day-to-Day Duties
- Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Delivering to RDCs and customer sites
- Completing loading and unloading duties safely and accurately
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Adhering to all traffic laws and road safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Communicating effectively with dispatch teams, customers, and site staff
- Working alongside a Driver's Mate to complete multi-drop deliveries where required
Essential Skills
- Valid UK Category C Licence
- Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- European ADR qualification
- No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, or CD codes)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of road safety and compliance regulations
Desirable Experience
- Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience
- Experience handling large or bulky goods
- Good customer interaction and service skills
Training Provided
- Full industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
