People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Weedon BC, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, stable shifts, weekly pay, and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment. This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as an FLT Driver, Forklift Truck Operator or Counterbalance Truck Driver and are looking to develop their skills within a warehouse setting.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00 – 15:00 or 10:00 – 19:00 Fixed shift pattern Full-time hours
Rates of Pay: £13.00 per hour Overtime available

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Operating a Forklift Truck safely and effectively within the warehouse
- Preparing and sorting orders ready for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Receiving, checking, and booking in stock accurately
- Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch
- Moving, storing, and organising stock within the warehouse
- Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations
- Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
- Previous FLT experience with a valid FLT licence (in-house licences accepted)
- A basic level of English, both spoken and written
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and strong timekeeping skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and proactive attitude
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience using a clamp attachment would be advantageous
- Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment would be beneficial
Training: Full training provided Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment.
