People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Furniture Paint Sprayer to join our well-established client based in Swindon, Wiltshire on a full-time permanent basis. Shifts
- Monday – Thursday: 08:30am – 04:30pm
- Friday: 08:30am – 12:00pm
Rates of Pay
- £13.00 – £13.70 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Furniture Paint Sprayer, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with the day-to-day spraying of customised and bespoke furniture components and assemblies
- Operating within departmental spray booths safely and efficiently
- Completing all work tasks within scheduled times and to required quality standards
- Supporting continuous improvement within quality and departmental performance
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, conduct, and professionalism
- Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times
- Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment, tools, machinery, and production areas daily
- Reporting defects, faults, quality concerns, or unsafe conditions promptly
- Providing support to additional departments when required
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Furniture Paint Sprayer, you will need:
- Previous experience within wood finishing or water-based paint spraying would be highly desirable
- Knowledge of finishing practices including sanding, caulking, and decorating
- Understanding of air and water filtration of spray waste material
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach within a fast-moving environment
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
