Crick, Northamptonshire .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, weekly pay, stable Monday to Friday shifts and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment.
This role would suit candidates with experience as an
FLT Driver, Counterbalance Driver, Forklift Truck Operator, Warehouse Operative or Counterbalance Truck Driver.

- Opportunities for career progression Day-to-Day Duties As an
- FLT Counterbalance Driver , your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Moving, storing and organising stock throughout the warehouse
- Preparing, sorting and labelling orders ready for dispatch
- Breaking down, rebuilding and rewrapping pallets as required
- Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations
- Ensuring stock is stored safely and accurately
- Completing general warehouse duties as required
- Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times Essential Skills To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence with previous operating experience
- A basic level of spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience
- A valid Reach Truck Licence would be advantageous but is not essential
- Previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment Training Provided
