People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Shenstone on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity, offering an excellent annual salary, great benefits, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday: 07:30-16:00
30-minute lunch break
2x 10-minute breaks (paid)
Salary: £27,831 per annum

Day-to-day duties:
- Setting filling machines to product weight specifications.
- Filling containers with products to daily production schedules adhering to cost, quality and environmental standards and Company procedures.
- Wrapping and packing products securely on to pallets.
- Stock control and rotation.
- Assisting in the Labelling production process.
- Updating company IT systems.
- Promoting and following Safety First company values.
- Contributing towards continuous business improvements.
Essential skills:
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Working knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrics.
- Confidence when interacting with customers in a professional manner.
- Previous experience working in a field-based role.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Standard health and safety training relevant to forecourt work (to be provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in a chemical/liquid production role.
- Knowledge of production/warehouse operations and procedures.
Training: Full training will be provided, with ongoing development support.
