People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Leeds LS9. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay and ongoing work for the right candidate.
This role would suit an applicant who has previously worked as a FLT Driver, Reach Truck Driver, Counterbalance Driver, Warehouse Operative or Forklift Truck Driver.
Rates of Pay:
- £15.05 per hour
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Manual handling duties
- Supporting goods in and goods out operations
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Essential Skills:
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck Licences
- Comfortable with manual handling duties
- Good reliability and work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial
- Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse environment
Training:
- Industry-related training
- Ongoing support throughout the assignment
