People Solutions are currently recruiting for a PVC Window Fabricator to join our well-established client based in West Bromwich on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an excellent working environment and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a supportive workshop environment.

- 08:00 – 16:30
Rates of Pay:
- £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties: As a PVC Window Fabricator, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Fabricating UPVC windows and doors
- Reading and accurately interpreting technical drawings
- Handling and storing materials safely within the workshop
- Carrying out tasks on machines such as routers and saws
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot production issues
- Applying mathematical skills for measurements and production calculations
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
- Supporting general workshop tasks and assisting colleagues when required
Essential Skills: To be successful as a PVC Window Fabricator, you will need:
- Proven experience in window fabrication
- Strong technical knowledge
- Experience in materials handling and hand tool use
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
