People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Swan Valley, Northampton on a full-time temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Warehouse Operative, Production Operative, Yard Operative, or Manufacturing Operative.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts: – 2 weeks AM: 06:00 – 14:00 – 2 weeks PM: 14:00 – 22:00
Pay Rate:
- Competitive hourly rate: £14.00 per hour basic
- Overtime paid at £21.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment
- Moving materials, loading and unloading goods, and feeding production lines
- Using hand tools and cutting equipment as required
- Carrying out basic assembly and preparation tasks
- Completing stock checks and basic documentation
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience within manufacturing and/or warehousing
- Confidence using hand tools and related equipment
- Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Must reside in the Northampton region
- Must be available for full-time work as the position is full-time
Training:
- Full training provided
- Ongoing development and support
