People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, regular work, and genuine opportunities for progression.
Shifts:
- Working 5–6 shifts between Monday – Saturday
- 06:00 starts
Rates of Pay:
- £15.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Two-person 7.5 Tonne home delivery work
- Completing 15–20 drops per day depending on area and distance
- Unloading goods with handball involved
- Heavy lifting due to the nature of the role
Essential Skills:
- Valid UK Category C1 licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
- Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous commercial driving experience
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Previous home delivery experience
Desirable Experience:
- Previous 7.5 Tonne multi-drop experience
Training Provided:
- Client assessment completed on first shift
- Industry-related training and ongoing support
