People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Crick. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused driver who takes pride in delivering high levels of service.
Shifts- Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
- Start times between 06:00 and 08:00
- Shifts operate on a two-week rotating pattern
- £15.00 per hour (basic)
- Excellent hourly rates
- Ongoing work

As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, your duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality products while providing excellent customer service
- Completing planned day routes within a designated delivery area (no overnight stays)
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is always the top priority
- Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts
- Completing all relevant paperwork accurately
- Ensuring all loads are transported safely and securely
- Category C1 (7.5t) driving licence
- Driver CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points on licence
- Good driving record with courteous driving behaviour
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a customer-facing driving role
- Multi-drop delivery experience
- Full training provided
- Ongoing support from site and People Solutions team
