People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Tamworth on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity offering ongoing training and a modern working environment. This role will suit applicants who have worked as a Production Operative, General Operative or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30 – 17:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Working within the outbound section
- Completing scanning and stock control tasks
- Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
- Meeting customer order requirements accurately and on time
- Performing general packing duties
- Performing general picking duties
- Heavy lifting involved (occasionally up to 30kg)
- Using a pump truck where required
Essential Skills:
- Experience using a pump truck
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment
- Confidence using hand tools and related equipment
- A reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Training:
- Full training provided
- Ongoing development support
