Hours of work: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum uncapped performance bonus/benefits

Day to Day Duties: Your duties as a Driving Divisional Manager will be:
- Leading and developing a team of Recruitment Consultants
- Business development activity (including calling prospective clients to identify new business opportunities)
- Managing and developing existing relationships and increase market share
- Attending client meetings to discuss new and existing campaigns
- Providing coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance to senior management
- Business and strategy planning/Reporting figures and working towards exceeding targets/KPI
- Sourcing and matching candidates
- Writing job advertisements for vacancies
- Short-listing and interviewing candidates
- Compliance and administration
- Client service reviews
Essential Skills: The skills required to be Divisional Driving Manager will be:
- Proven experience in a Senior/Managerial recruitment role, ideally with the driving sector
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Business Development/client-facing experience
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results driven and target focused
- Offer an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates.
