People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Driver to join our well-established client based in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, stable night shifts, weekly pay, and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment.
This role would also suit candidates who have previously worked as an FLT Driver, Forklift Driver, FLT Counterbalance Driver, FLT Operative, Forklift Truck Driver, Warehouse Operative, or Goods In / Goods Out Operative.
Shifts- Sunday to Thursday – 21:00 – 06:00

As an FLT Driver, you will receive:

As an FLT Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Operating a Forklift Truck safely and effectively within the warehouse
- Preparing and sorting orders ready for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Receiving, checking, and booking in stock accurately
- Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch
- Moving, storing, and organising stock within the warehouse
- Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations
- Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
To be successful as an FLT Driver, you will need:
- Previous FLT experience with a valid FLT licence (in-house licences accepted)
- A basic level of English, both spoken and written
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and strong timekeeping skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Previous experience using a Clamp attachment would be advantageous
- Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment would be beneficial
- Full training provided
- Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment
