FLT Counterbalance Driver – Night Shift

£13.50 per hour | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start

People Solutions are currently recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our well-established logistics operation based in Cumbernauld. This is a night shift role offering ongoing work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Shifts:

• Sunday to Thursday
• 00:00 – 09:00

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving and stacking goods within the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• What We\’re Looking For
• Valid counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance FLT
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work
• Ability to work night shifts on a Sunday to Thursday pattern

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience within a logistics or distribution environment

Training

• Industry related training and on ongoing support throughout
