People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance / Reach Truck Operator to join our well-established client based in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, weekly pay and genuine opportunities for growth and career progression.
Rates of Pay:
- Days: £14.67 per hour
- Nights: £16.35 per hour
Shift Pattern:
- Day Shift: Friday to Sunday, 06:00 to 18:00
- Night Shift: Saturday to Monday, 18:00 to 06:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a PDA
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Labelling and completing promotional builds
- Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
- Meeting customer order requirements accurately and on time
Essential Skills:
- Basic level of English, both spoken and written
- Good communication skills
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Ability to load and unload trailers using a pump truck and Counterbalance Truck
- Ability to carry out physically demanding duties throughout the shift
