People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join a prestigious, high-end retail store based in Edinburgh City Centre, specialising in luxury Scottish heritage products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about premium retail, customer experience, and working with quality, luxury products in a refined retail environment.

Shifts: Working 5 days from 7am - 6pm

Rates of Pay: Β£12.21 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment
  • Advising customers on high-end Scottish heritage products
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
  • Handling transactions accurately and professionally
  • Supporting stock control and replenishment
  • Ensuring the store remains clean, organised and visually appealing
  • Representing the brand in a polished and professional manner

Essential Skills:

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, well-presented and professional
  • Passion for quality, craftsmanship and luxury products
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Reliable and flexible to work any 5 days from 7

Desirable Experience: Experience within luxury, premium or heritage retail environments is advantageous but not essential.
