People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our Swindon office, overseeing the driving division. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an excellent salary, great benefits, and genuine career progression opportunities.
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00
Rates of Pay:
- £28,000 – £31,000 per annum
- Performance bonus available

Day-to-Day Duties: As a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out business development activity to identify new opportunities
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Attending client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns
- Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies
- Writing engaging job advertisements
- Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- Ensuring compliance and completing administrative tasks
- Conducting client service reviews
- Reporting performance figures and working towards KPIs and targets
Essential Skills: To be successful as a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
- The right to work in the UK (proof required)
Desirable Experience:
- Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial
- Business development experience would be advantageous
Training:
- Full paid induction provided
