People Solutions are currently recruiting for a CSCS Fitter based in Tewkesbury to join our well-established client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a family-owned business specialising in the installation of retail signage and display systems across the UK and Europe.
Shifts
- Working Monday to Sunday – various day and night shifts available
- 39 hours per week
- Up to 2 nights out per week may be required (expenses and allowance included)
Rates of Pay
- £13.00 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift pattern)

Day-to-Day Duties
- Installing POS equipment as required by the client
- Completing jobs individually or as part of a team of Fitters/Contractors
- Working from designs or diagrams and completing site surveys
- Loading and unloading products, ensuring they are secure and undamaged in transit
- Completing relevant paperwork accurately
- Working away from home when required
Essential Skills
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements and site risks
- Live within a commutable distance of Tewkesbury
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of technical diagrams and good hand-to-eye coordination
- Professional communication skills and ability to represent the company on-site
- Previous experience as a Fitter/Installer or in a similar role
- Full UK Driving Licence (no more than three points)
- Valid CSCS Card
Desirable Experience
- Experience driving a 3.5t van
- Valid IPAF licence
- Current passport and willingness to travel abroad when required
- Previous experience as a POS Fitter/Installer
Training Provided
- Full training on company policies and procedures will be provided by the client
