People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver in Crick, Northamptonshire to join our well-established client. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine potential for progression.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a 3.5 Tonne Driver, Van Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, or Courier Driver.
Shifts- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 06:00
£13.42 per hour

As a 3.5 Tonne Driver, your duties will include:
- Carrying out multi-drop deliveries (20–25 drops per day)
- Loading and unloading boxes and packages
- Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
- Completing vehicle inspections and reporting faults
- Operating a 3.5 tonne van safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Communicating effectively with staff at delivery locations
To be successful as a 3.5 Tonne Driver, you will need:
- Previous multi-drop experience (preferred)
- A valid UK Category B Driving Licence held for at least two years (some penalty points considered)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle operation and driving regulations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and report vehicle safety issues
- Good understanding of road networks and navigational tools
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and use your own initiative
Experience driving commercial vehicles
Training ProvidedIndustry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment.
