Crane Operator
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Crane Operator roles based in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine potential for long-term progression within a well-established company.

Day-to-Day Duties
β’ Operating Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG) cranes safely and efficiently
β’ Loading and unloading rail wagons, road vehicles, and intermodal units
β’ Securing loads using slings, chains, and other rigging equipment
β’ Inspecting crane equipment and job sites for potential hazards
β’ Following all health and safety procedures and operational standards
Essential Skills
β’ Previous crane operating experience preferred but not essential β full on-the-job training provided
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
β’ Excellent communication skills
β’ Professional, reliable attitude
