As an FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include
- Driving and operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Receiving goods into the warehouse
- Stowing pallets within warehouse racking
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Carrying out general warehouse duties alongside FLT work
- Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Preparing stock ready for dispatch
- Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Manual handling and heavy lifting where required
Essential Skills
The successful FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver will have
- Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- Previous experience operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLTs
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong organisational skills
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- A positive attitude and willingness to undertake warehouse duties
- The ability to carry out manual handling tasks
