People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our well-established client based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver or Truck Driver.

Shifts: Mornings or Afternoons (Various shifts available)

Pay rate: £15.50 - £16.00 per hour

Your duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not limited to:

  • Operate and drive a Class 2 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations - Some Building Sites - All Curtain sided work
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

As a Class 2 Driver you will need to:

  • Hold a valid UK C Class – Class 2 Licence
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience driving a Class 2 vehicle.
  • Must be able to speak and read a certain level of English.
  • Use a Tail Lift and Pallet Truck or Curtain side and straps
  • Flexibility and availability to work overtime as and when required.
  • Experience driving a Class 2 vehicle using a curtain side with straps

Training: Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
