Day to Day Duties
- Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
- 15-minute vehicle check
- Moving stacks of goods on to tail lift and into stores
- Securing loads
- Local and long-distance routes
- Following GPS routes correctly
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Communication with depot staff
- Communicating with customers in a professional manner
Essential Skills
- Have over six months Class 2 Driving Experience
- Hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
- Hold a valid CPC Card and DIGI Card
- No more than three points on your Licence for minor infringements
- No major endorsements (DD, DR etc)
- Confident hand balling stacks/trays of goods
Desirable Experience
- Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial
- Previous experience conducting multi drop deliveries will be beneficial
