People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in the Lutterworth area.

Monday to Thursday: Β£17.99 per hour
Sunday: Β£23.93 per hour
Day to Day DutiesYour duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not limited to:
- Trunking depot to depot. (Double deck trailers)
- Supplier collections as required.
- Operate and drive various Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
As a Class 1 Driver you will need to:
- Hold a valid UK Category Class 1 / CE Driving Licence
- Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving Class 1 / CE vehicles
- No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
- Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card
- Must be able to speak and read a good level of English
Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial.
TrainingAssessment carried out on first shift. Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
