People Solutions are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to join our well-established client based in Warrington, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, consistent full-time work, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.
Shifts
- Working 5 days out of 7
- Start times between 05:00 – 08:00
- Finish times between 12:00 – 18:00
Rates of Pay
- £12.86 – £23.15 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
- Load your vehicle each morning before starting deliveries
- Carry out 5–8 store deliveries (and collections) per day
- Deliver clothing, beauty, or similar products safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point
- Communicate effectively with customers and the transport office
- Ensure all goods are handled safely and correctly throughout the shift
Essential Skills
- Full UK Category B (Car/Van) Driving Licence
- Minimum of 12 months' van delivery driving experience
- No more than 3 penalty points for minor offences (no major endorsements)
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience as a multi-drop Van Driver in a retail or logistics environment
Training Provided
- Driver assessment including theory and on-road evaluation
- Two-day paid induction upon passing assessment
- One week of ‘on-the-job' training alongside an experienced driver
