Van Driver – Warrington, Cheshire People Solutions are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to join our well-established client based in Warrington, Cheshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, consistent full-time work, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression. Shifts • Working 5 days out of 7 • Start times between 05:00 – 08:00 • Finish times between 12:00 – 18:00 Rates of Pay • £12.86 – £23.15 per hour Benefits • Free on-site parking • Fully equipped on-site canteen • Overtime opportunities available • Potential for permanent placement • Weekly pay Day-to-Day Duties • Load your vehicle each morning before starting deliveries • Carry out 5–8 store deliveries (and collections) per day • Deliver clothing, beauty, or similar products safely and efficiently • Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point • Communicate effectively with customers and the transport office • Ensure all goods are handled safely and correctly throughout the shift Essential Skills • Full UK Category B (Car/Van) Driving Licence • Minimum of 12 months\’ van delivery driving experience • No more than 3 penalty points for minor offences (no major endorsements) • Reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused • Excellent communication and time management skills Desirable Experience • Previous experience as a multi-drop Van Driver in a retail or logistics environment Training Provided • Driver assessment including theory and on-road evaluation • Two-day paid induction upon passing assessment • One week of ‘on-the-job\’ training alongside an experienced driver Apply Today If you\’re ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a Van Driver , apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team for more information.
