Driving People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Driving to join our well-established and growing team. Salary:
- £29,000 – £30,000 per annum
- Uncapped performance bonus
Shifts:
- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

Day-to-Day Duties: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:
- Business development activity, including contacting prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Increasing market share within the Driving division
- Attending client meetings to discuss new and existing recruitment campaigns
- Sourcing, screening and matching candidates to vacancies
- Writing and advertising job vacancies across job boards and social channels
- Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- Managing compliance and administration processes
- Completing client service reviews
- Reporting figures and working towards targets and KPIs
- Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
Essential Skills: To be successful as a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will need:
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
- Previous business development and client-facing experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
Desirable Experience:
- Previous recruitment industry experience would be beneficial
- Previous experience within Driving recruitment would be advantageous
