People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with an FLT Counterbalance Licence to join our well-established client based in Tankersley. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.
This role will suit applicants with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, FLT Driver, Goods In Operative or Counterbalance Driver.
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 16:00
Rates of Pay:
- £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Picking customer orders for dispatch
- Operating handheld scanners
- Loading and unloading products using a Counterbalance FLT
- Completing general warehouse duties
- Supporting goods in/goods out operations
- Opportunity to receive training on additional machinery
Essential Skills:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience operating handheld scanners
- Basic level of English
- Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work towards targets and perform under pressure
