HGV Class 2 Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, Refuse Driver, Refuse Truck Driver, Waste Collection Driver, Recycling Driver, or Dustcart Driver

As an HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will receive

As an HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver, your duties will include
- Driving the refuse vehicle safely along assigned collection routes
- Operating bin-lifting equipment to empty waste and recycling containers
- Working safely as part of a collection crew and following loading signals
- Ensuring all waste is collected efficiently and routes are completed
- Assisting the collection crew where required
To be successful as an HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will need
- A valid UK Category C Driving Licence
- A valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- A good understanding of road safety and transport compliance
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience would be advantageous
- Previous experience driving refuse vehicles within the waste management sector would be beneficial
- Experience working in outdoor or physically demanding roles would be desirable
