People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver for our client based near Broxburn. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position offering steady hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive and well-established manufacturing team.
Shifts:
- Monday to Thursday – 6:30am to 4pm
- Friday – 6:30am to 3:30pm
Rates of Pay:
- £13.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing, long-term work (temp-to-perm contract)
- Fixed weekday shift pattern – no weekend work
- Supportive training and onboarding

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
- Moving pallets across the site
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Storing goods in designated warehouse or production areas
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Essential Skills:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)
- Experience using a FLT in a fast-paced environment
- Good awareness of health and safety practices
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to support operational needs
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working with large or loose products
- Background in food or industrial manufacturing
- Experience using FLTs with hooks or specialised attachments
Training:
- Full training and paid site induction will be provided
