People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, full training, ongoing work, and genuine long-term career prospects.
Newly qualified Class 2 Drivers are encouraged to apply, making this an excellent opportunity to kick-start your HGV driving career with a supportive and reputable logistics business. This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Delivery Driver, or Truck Driver.
Shifts:
- 24-hour operation – various shifts available
- £14.50 – £18.00 per hour
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will receive:
- Excellent hourly rates (PAYE – holiday pay accrued separately)

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:
- Safely operating Category C (Class 2) vehicles to and from delivery locations
- Completing loading and unloading duties safely and accurately
- Working alongside a Driver's Mate when required
- A valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card
- The ability to work effectively with a Driver's Mate
- Previous commercial Class 2 or multi-drop delivery experience
Training Provided: Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment.
