People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, full training, ongoing work, and genuine long-term career prospects. This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Delivery Driver, or Truck Driver.

Shifts:

  • 24-hour operation – various shifts available

Pay:

  • £14.50 – £18.00 per hour

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will receive:

  • Excellent hourly rates (PAYE – holiday pay accrued separately)

Your duties will include:

  • Safely operating Category C (Class 2) vehicles to and from delivery locations
  • Completing loading and unloading duties safely and accurately
  • Working alongside a Driver's Mate when required
  • A valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
  • A valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • The ability to work effectively with a Driver's Mate
  • Previous commercial Class 2 or multi-drop delivery experience
  • Training Provided
  • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
