People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver to join our well-established client based in Avonmouth. Shifts:
- Primarily Monday to Friday
- Day shifts
- Occasional PM cover required
Rates of Pay:
- £19.85 - £26.00 per hour
- Once permanent, guaranteed minimum annual salary from £53,173.12
- Paid breaks

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Safely transporting commercial LPG gas to customers nationwide
- Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintaining accurate digital logs and delivery documentation
- Communicating effectively with the transport planning team
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service
- Ensuring compliance with all road transport and ADR regulations
Essential Skills:
- Valid UK Category C+E Licence
- Valid ADR Tanker Certificate
- Minimum one year ADR tanker driving experience
- Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of transport safety and compliance
Desirable Experience:
- Previous LPG or bitumen tanker experience beneficial
- Experience working within hazardous goods transport environments
Training Provided:
- Paid annual CPC training provided
- Full ongoing training and development support
- Driving assessment required prior to starting
