People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our well-established client based in Aston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. Successful applicants will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern of 06.00 - 14.00 and then 14.00 - 22.00 the following week.

Shifts: Monday - Friday 06.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 22.00 ROTATING
Rates of Pay: Β£12.50 per hour
Day to Day Duties:
- Operate packing machinery and production lines
- Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards
- Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets
- Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI)
- Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis
- Adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations
- Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
- Any other reasonable tasks, as per Shift Manager's request
Essential Skills:
- Experience working on a production line or in a similar role
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Production Line Leader in a food or FMCG environment is desirable but not essential
Training: Full training on company policies and procedures provided by the client.
