People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Side Loader Driver to join our well-established client based in Birmingham, WEST MIDLANDS. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
Shift times:
- Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
Rates of pay:
- £13.50 per hour

Day to Day Duties:
- Driving/Operating a Side Loader safely and efficiently
- Conducting inspections of the Side Loader and reporting any faults to management
- Receiving Goods into the Warehouse
- Stowing Pallets
- Adhering to Health and Safety at all times
- Check the quantity and quality (visual) of the incoming and outgoing goods
- Receive and unpack incoming goods
- Organise stock for deliveries
- Move goods around the Warehouse when required
Essential Skills:
- A valid FLT Side Loader Licence that is RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
- Experience driving/operating a Side Loader Truck
- Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Good spatial awareness
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Reliability
- Self-motivated
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Team Player
Desirable Experience:
- Working in a warehouse environment
- Training Industry related training provided and ongoing support throughout
