People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in the MINWORTH, WEST MIDLANDS.
As a HGV Class 1 Driver you will receive the following benefits:

Shifts:
Working days between Monday - Sunday: start times between 04:00 - 08:00
- Basic Days: £16.00 per Hour
- Basic Nights: £17.00 per Hour
- Saturday: £17.50 per hour
- Sunday: £18.75 per Hour
Your duties as a HGV Class 1 Driver will involve but not be limited to:
- RDC Deliveries no handball (working on curtain-side)
- Operate and drive various Category CE vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo as needed
As a HGV Class 1 Driver you will need to:
- Hold a valid UK Category CE Licence
- Have a minimum of six months experience driving Category CE vehicles
- Must be able to speak and read a good level of English
- Experience driving any commercial vehicles
- Previous experience with multi drop deliveries
Training:
Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
