People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver to join our client's growing transport operation in Bellshill and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers who are looking for stability, great earning potential, and long-term progression.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday: 06:00 or 18:00 starts

Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Safely operate and drive Class 2 vehicles to and from delivery locations
  • Complete loading and unloading tasks with care and accuracy
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects to management
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site staff
  • SOME HANDBALL REQUIRED

Essential Skills:

  • Valid UK Category C Licence
  • Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, CD codes)
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of road safety and compliance
  • Ability to work with a Driver's Mate to complete multi-drop deliveries

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience
  • Experience handling large or bulky goods
  • Good customer interaction and service skills

Training: Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
