People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Reach Truck & Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work and excellent rates of pay within a busy warehouse environment.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a FLT Reach Truck Driver, FLT Counterbalance Driver, Forklift Truck Driver, MHE Operator, Warehouse Operative, or FLT Driver.

Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00 rotating shifts

Rates of Pay:

  • £13.80 per hour – 06:00 – 14:00
  • £14.80 per hour – 14:00 – 22:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Driving and operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading goods throughout the warehouse
  • Working on containers and unloading boxes
  • Receiving goods into the warehouse
  • Checking incoming and outgoing stock for quantity and visual quality
  • Receiving and unpacking incoming deliveries
  • Organising stock ready for deliveries
  • Moving stock around the warehouse as and when required
  • Following all health and safety procedures at all times
  • Supporting with general warehouse duties where required

Essential Skills:

  • Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences accredited by RTITB or ITSSAR
  • Previous experience operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLTs
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good spatial awareness
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • A positive and proactive attitude

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial

Training Provided:

  • Full site paid induction provided
  • FLT assessment required prior to start
