People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Non-LGV (Van) Night Driver to join our well-established client based in Southampton, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, ongoing work, and the opportunity to work with a leading logistics provider.
This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Van Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Delivery Driver, Commercial Driver, 3.5 Tonne Driver, or Parcel Driver.
Shifts• Night shift – 02:30 to 11:20
Rates of Pay• £15.75 - £16.31 per hour

As a Non-LGV (Van) Night Driver, your duties will include:
- Completing multi-drop deliveries in a safe and timely manner
- Loading and unloading the vehicle as required
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Maintaining delivery records and paperwork where applicable
- Following all road traffic laws and company procedures
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
- Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, secure, and roadworthy throughout the shift
To be successful as a Non-LGV (Van) Night Driver, you will need:
- A valid UK Category B Driving Licence
- Previous van driving or multi-drop delivery experience preferred
- A good understanding of road safety and driving regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Previous experience in bakery or food distribution
