People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse and Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable manufacturing and logistics operation.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse and Production Operative, Production Operative, Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Manufacturing Operative, or Warehouse Assistant.

Shifts: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Rates of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Day‑to‑Day Duties:

  • Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment
  • Cutting materials as required
  • Using hand tools and cutting equipment safely and effectively
  • Carrying out basic preparation tasks
  • Completing stock checks and basic documentation
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
  • Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Confidence using hand tools and related equipment
  • A reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Good attention to detail

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience
