HGV Class 1 Driver - Multi-Drop - Wolverhampton
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver - Multi-Drop to join our well-established client based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands (WV10).
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a busy transport operation.
This role would suit candidates with previous experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver, LGV Class 1 Driver, Category CE Driver, Articulated Lorry Driver, Commercial Driver, or Truck Driver.

- Monday to Friday
- AM start times between 03:00 - 06:00
- Rates of Pay
- £17.00 per hour (Monday to Friday)

- Completing Class 1 multi-drop deliveries (maximum two drops per shift)
- Operating Category CE vehicles safely and efficiently
- Carrying out pre-use and post-use vehicle inspections
- Ensuring all loads are safe and secure before departure
- Adhering to all road traffic legislation and transport regulations
- Communicating effectively with the transport office and customers
- Reporting vehicle defects or maintenance issues promptly
- Assisting with loading and unloading where required
Essential Skills
- A valid UK Category CE (Class 1) Driving Licence
- A minimum of 24 months' Category CE driving experience A valid CPC Qualification Card
