WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE β FLT LICENCE (COUNTERBALANCE) REQUIRED
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to join our well-established client based in Wishaw.
This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work within a busy and supportive warehouse environment.

Day to Day Duties
- Picking and packing customer orders, which is the primary focus of the role
- Building and wrapping pallets for dispatch
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck as required for loading and unloading
- Serving customers at a trade counter on occasion
- Using a PC for stock control and order processing
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence from an accredited training provider
- Minimum twelve monthsβ warehouse experience
- Confident using a PC for basic warehouse administration
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork
- Experience in picking, packing and pallet wrapping
Training
- Full site health and safety and job-specific training provided
- Ongoing support and development
