Warehouse Operative - Coventry, West Midlands
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Coventry, West Midlands.

This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Production Operative, FLT Operator or Factory Worker.
You will also be trained to operate a Forklift Truck as part of this role.
Shifts
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 - 14:00
Rates of Pay
- £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
- Moving materials to and from various points in the factory using Counterbalance, Reach or EK10 trucks
- Collecting empty boxes and consolidating stock
- Ensuring manufacturing areas are supplied with materials as required
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping in all logistics areas
- Using manual material handling equipment, including pump trucks and battery-powered hand trucks
- Providing materials to different areas of the factory using appropriate methods and equipment
Essential Skills
- Previous experience working as a Warehouse Operative
- Experience using FLT or Counterbalance trucks (preferred)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A reliable and positive attitude
Training
- Industry-related training provided
- Ongoing support throughout your assignment
